Tanya Angelova is the founder of IND Academy Ltd., located in Ruse, Bulgaria. She is a nail technician, professional and instructor since 2007.

Tanya is dedicated to her work, sometimes at the cost of not spending much time with her family or friends. There isn’t any work-life balance. This results in developing more creative skills, guided by the latest nail art trends.
How Tanya’s career began?
At the beginning, it all started as a joke, without having any intentions of doing it professionally, but as a hobby. It wasn’t planned. Usually, good things in life happen unpredictably without planning, but it has to have some intention, or action first.
Here’s how it started for me…
In the beginning of 2007, Tanya had visitors from Germany and they noticed that he has done her nails very well. Tanya told them that was only a hobby, but they gave her the idea to try to work this professionally, for a living. Those guests were influential, so she took the bait and decided to give it a shot.
Tanya will never forget their words, “There’s nothing better than enjoying what you work, because that’s the key to success.” That’s because if you do “work” will not be perceived as work. When they said that to Tanya, she had a realization, an insight, which have changed the direction of her life. That’s because the world is filled with people who do jobs and careers they do not like, just because they have to put money on the table. However, if you LOVE what you do, creates the real magic and money comes anyways. Those who work just for money, live life of quiet desperation. That’s why Tanya helps those who want to make that change through her courses, to inspire action and meaningful direction in life for others, especially if nails, manicure is something you’ve always wanted to do professionally, or as a hobby.
When you have something meaningful, a purpose, things give direction and path to follow, becomes easier. And it is much easier, when you find someone who has already walked the path you want to pursue, a mentor, who can show you the right way, learned from countless mistakes, problems and challenges you do not have to take to make it work.
Immediately after that, Tanya took the initiative. She began attending courses, seminars, but most of the things Tanya knows is from “trial and error” and from experience, which makes it valuable to put it on a course, others to follow. All courses and events Tanya took to enhance her skills in the area helped her tremendously in the profession.
Tanya Angelova is certified trainer, the highest 3-rd degree, according to the Ministry of Education in Bulgaria.
Tanya had the advantage to work in a very well ranked nail salon and she learned from the best to make it work. However, at the beginning wasn’t easy, just like anything else. It is always difficult at the beginning due to lack of experience, lack of knowledge and expertise. Assertiveness and courage is required to not give up and pursue your dreams.

It is important to choose with which people you hang around with, or surround yourself, and filter those who are not suitable for your goals and aspirations, because people who know you, do not want you to change or become a better version of you for a good reason. Never allow someone to kill your dreams or to surrender. Persistence pays off!
