(a) Proving course confirmation communications have been provided will be at the jurisdiction of IND Academy Ltd; the appropriate logs will be kept.
(b) IND Academy Ltd. will not take responsibility for any communications being sent to incorrect email addresses.
(c) Accepted refunds will be made within 24 hours of agreement date.
14.2 Here are the rules that determine the refund policy:
(a) You are entitled to a full refund up to 24 hours after purchase time.
(b) A refund will not be sanctioned if the course confirmation email has been sent to you.
14.3 In order to obtain a refund of any value, IND Academy Ltd. must be contacted directly via a written format such as email or letter.
15. Services
15.1 Once you have entered a legally binding contract with IND Academy Ltd., we will provide you with the relevant content for the course you will be attending.
(a) Course materials, such as course manuals and instructions, will be provided by email
(b) Specific course timings cannot be guaranteed.
(c) All course contents for registered students will available for unlimited time frame until stated otherwise.
15.2 IND Academy Ltd. cannot be held accountable for changes in course contents due to unexpected circumstances.
15.3 IND Academy Ltd. cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions on our courses.
a) Kits are not provided for students with allergic reactions to certain products, providing the relevant products would be the responsibility of the student. Students are responsible to obtain purchase materials for the assignments and the homework that comes with the online courses.
16. Payment
16.1 Payment can be made by various forms on our website by Credit/Debit card, Paypal or bank transfers are all accepted with all possible fiat currencies – even crypto.
16.2 By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your debit/credit card account or electronic payment account as provided on the order form.
17. Certificates
17.1. Our Certificates will not be issued until full payment has cleared for the cost of the course in question.
(a) You will not be able to receive a certificate until we see your work from assignments and homework, which are part of the online courses.
(b) You will not receive a certificate if you ONLY WATCH the course contents. You need to follow our homework assignments and provide them to us in a form of photos or videos to see your progress
